Ms Kadambari is one of a founding member of Kadambari Memorial College of Science and Management (KMC), a private higher educational institute affiliated to Purbanchal University (PU) in Nepal. Currently she is the principal and  leads the Centre of Research, Development and Innovation (CRDI) and International relationships at KMC. She is also associated with nongovernmental organization CWISH and CIL- Kathmandu as a resource person.She has been a member of Social Work curriculum revision committee, PU from last six years and currently chairs it. She is also a senate member of PU for 2019-2020. Ms Kadambari holds master degree in international family studies (MIFS) from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, India and Master in Science from Tribhuvan University, Nepal

Ms Kadambari is interested in Social Work education. She has been involved in Social Work curriculum design for university and designing Social Work pedagogy in KMC. She is the initiator of university community engagement of KMC and developing this approach to larger communities of practitioners and international scholars. She is keen on fostering international relationships in educational arena to exchange the global knowledge and be equipped to guide students efficiently. She has been leading the collaborative research of the college and also conducting research for international organization. She is involved in different projects with NGOs in Kathmandu as resource person.

At present, Ms Kadambari is involved in teaching and training Social Work students. As senate member of the university, she is taking part in the policy advice and guiding university programs. She has been coordinating the member of Social Work subject committee, revising and redesigning BSW and MSW curriculum. From 2018, she is also associated partly with Varite South East Asia as researcher. As the college- practitioners’ engagement, she is developing training manual for front line workers and management in preventing children from parental separation and preparation course in disaster response to parental care of the same project. She is also resource person of a joint project of promoting inclusive education of children with disability with CIL – Kathmandu.
